You must have a WA public library membership card to access this database.

Computerschool.net: Accessible from home or in one of our libraries, Computerschool.net is a self-paced, online computer skills tutorials aimed at beginner and intermediate level. Covers computer basics, email, internet, Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Publisher, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Facebook, YouTube, Skype, Twitter and many other topics. The tutorials include step-by-step instructions along with exercises and activities to help learn. Login to the website using your library card barcode number located on the back of your card.

Encyclopaedia Britannica Online: The complete Encyclopaedia, the Student Encyclopaedia and the Junior Encyclopaedia. Includes over 150,000 articles, 20,000 internet links and over 750 full-text journals and magazines. You must have a WA public library membership card to access this database.

Health and Wellness Resource Centre: Full-text information covering health, fitness and nutrition from authoritative journals and reference books.

MyLanguage: Search engines, directories and news in over 60 different languages.

NoveList: A fiction database that provides subject heading access, reviews, annotations, author read-alikes, book discussion guides and feature articles.  

Picture Australia: Photos, objects, maps and artwork depicting Australia’s past and present. Search cultural institutions for Australian images and request print copies.
